| Showings We take the responsibility for showing your vacancies to prospective tenants. | |
| Screening We screen tenants thoroughly by ordering credit reports, checking with prior landlords, employment verification and compiling other background information. | |
| Rental Agreements We prepare and administer leases, rules and regulations and any additional paperwork. | |
| Tenant Requests We handle all tenant requests or complaints, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including repair and maintenance actions. | |
| Maintenance We quickly prepare vacant properties for occupancy, performing any repairs or cleaning that might be necessary. We monitor our maintenance activities through a customized computer database which records all repair items. | |
