Bayside Pointe

Development of Bayside Pointe began in 1996 and consists of 72, 2 and 3-bedroom units. Unit ammenties include secured entry, custom cabinentry, fireplaces, skylights, tile and wood flooring, low maintence decks, and single-car garages. The heated pool is conveniently located in the center of the complex and is surround by plush gardens and lush green lawns. The grounds, trees and shrubs throughout the complex are professionally maintained by a large residential landscaping firm. Described by many as the “best run association in the area”, Bayside Pointe is managed by a 5-member Board of Directors, who is assisted by eight (8)standing committees. In April 2002, Lakes Property Management LLC was hired by the association to manage the day-to-date operations of the association. The Board and Property Manager believe strongly in maintaining a first-class association by insuring the buidlngs and grounds are properly maintained, the association remains financial strong and that all owners comply with the governing documents. The association maintains a Capital Reserve Fund to fund future capital expenditures. Unit sales have continued to increase in value due to the preventative maintenance philosopy of the Board and ownership.
