Thank you for your interest in Abbey Hill Resort Condominium Association, Inc.The Abbey Hill is located in Fontana, Wisconsin off Highway 67, Southwest of Fontana, Wisconsin. The association complex is located on ____ acreas of lush woodlands and is conveniently located 70 miles northwest of Chicago Ohare International Airport, Illinois and 52 miles southwest of General Mitchell International Airport, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Construction of Abbey Hill started in 197__, and was completed in _________. Our association consists of __________2,3 and 4 bedroom, 2 bath units. Unit amenities include private entry, fireplaces, tile and wood flooring, and our second floor units have cathedral ceilings.The association has one heated pool, Clubhouse, guest quarters, a pond and expansive green space and woods.  A full-time maintenace man professionally maintains our expansive lawns, gardens and carpentry work.

Our 5-member Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing our funds to insure they are being properly budgeted, creating the rules and regulations for enforcement within the community, and have the duty to enhance, maintain, and protect the property values of our Association.  In May 2003, Lakes Property Management LLC was hired by the association to manage the day-to-date operations of the association. The Board and Property Manager believe strongly in maintaining a world-class association by insuring the pool, buildings and grounds are properly maintained.  Through strong financial planning and budgetary oversight, the association’s financial strength remains strong.  The annual association budget is approximately $250,000.   The association maintains a Capital Reserve Fund to fund future capital expenditures. The success of our association is apparent with the ever-increasing values of our units.
