Thank you for your interest in Abbey Ridge Condominium Association. Abbey Ridge is located in Fontana, Wisconsin on Highway 67 South. Our association adjoins the 90-acrea Abbey Resort properties and is conveniently located just 90 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, and 45 minutes from Milwaukee's General Mitchell International Airport.

Construction began at Abbey Ridge in 2000 on over 11 areas running along Potawatomi creek.  Our association consists of forty-eight (48) units.  There are 8 main buildings, each of which contains six (6) single-family condominium units.  There are three different floor plans, ranging in size from 1,320 square feet to 1,948 square feet, providing 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans with 2, 2 ½ and 3 baths.  Unit amenities include private entrances, single-car attached garages, fireplaces, tile and wood flooring.  Some units have great rooms, lofts, a “rotunda” area, decks and balconies. The association has a heated pool, conveniently located in the center of the complex.  The association is a very short walk to the Abbey Harbor or the Abbey Resort.  A large residential landscaping firm professionally maintains our expansive lawns, gardens and abundant trees.

Our 3-member Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing our funds to insure they are being properly budgeted, creating the rules and regulations for enforcement within the community, and have the duty to enhance, maintain, and protect the property values of our Association.  In October 2007, Lakes Property Management LLC was hired by the association to manage the day-to-date operations of the association. The Board and Property Manager believe strongly in maintaining a world-class association by insuring the pool, buildings and grounds are properly maintained.  Through strong financial planning and budgetary oversight, the association’s financial strength remains strong.  The annual association budget is approximately $175,000.   The association maintains a Capital Reserve Fund to fund future capital expenditures. The success of our association is apparent with the ever-increasing values of our units.
