| How do I find out which properties are available? | |
| You can access our property list by clicking on "Long Term Rentals" or you can email your housing request, call us, or fax your request. | |
| What about pets? | |
| Pets are allowed on some properties. There may be size and weight restrictions and pets may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If allowed, there will normally be a refundable pet deposit and an additional monthly rent amount required, per pet. There is a TWO PET LIMIT per property. | |
| What about bankruptcy? | |
| If you are currently in bankruptcy, we cannot rent to you. | |
| What will you check if I apply for a rental property? | |
| You will need to completely fill out the application form, and we will check any and all information on the application, including past rental history, employment and credit history. | |
| Do you run a credit check on everyone? | |
| Yes. We run a credit check regardless of how good your credit history is. | |
| How do I preview a property I am interested in? | |
| You can call our office, and we will give you the property address to go by and view the property and community. If you are interested, we can arrange an appointment to show you the inside of the property. | |
| How do I apply for a property I like? | |
| 1.) If you wish to apply for a property, the Credit Application Fee is $20.00 per person over the age of 18. | |
| 2.) To secure a property, an applicant must turn in the application, filled out in its entirety, and pay the complete Security Deposit required for that property in Certified Funds (Cashier’s Check or Money Order). We do not accept cash. If you are not approved, the Security Deposit will be returned to you, however the application fee will not be refunded. | |
| How long does it take to process my application? | |
| It usually takes no longer than 3 business
days to process your application.
