| Amenities | This fully furnished, air-conditioned home features a large great room with large screen TV and fireplace, deck and screened porch with dramatic outside view, kitchen with breakfast bar, three fireplaces, and internet access. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, fireplace, balcony, walk-in closet, and private bath with Jacuzzi, the 2nd bedroom a queen-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds and the "office" has a queen-size sofa sleeper. A trundle bed is located In the basement. This great vacation home also features a charcoal grill, 3-TVs with premium stations, 2-VCRs, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, and much more. No Smoking is allowed in this home. | |||
| Additional Comments | Maximum Occupancy is 10 -12 persons. Minimum stay during Memorial day to Labor Day is one week. A dog is allowed with an additional security deposit of $300.00. There is an additional Abbey Springs charge of $6.00 per person, per day for any occupant over the age of 4 to use the resort indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, private beach, Yacht Club restaurant, Club house and other resort amenities. There is also boat launch in and out service available for an additional charge. Prospective guests are required to provide credit card and credit check information.
