Additional Comments

Minimum initial lease term is one year. After the first year, tenants have the option to go on a month-to-month lease at an increased rate. No pets are allowed. Prospective residents are required to provide income, employment and past rental history. A credit check is conducted on every applicant. Each prospective tenant is charged a $20.00, per adult, credit check fee.

Rents/Rates

Our rent is $605.00 per month plus utilities (i.e., water, gas, and electric). A security deposit of $605.00 is also required.

The complex is located at 610-634 Patricia Street in Elkhorn. Off of Highway 12, take the NN/I-43 exit (exit number 321) towards Beloit/Milwaukee, then take the NN exit towards Elkhorn, turn left onto NN West, NN West becomes E Geneva Street, turn right onto S. Jackson Street, turn right onto WI-11/E. Court St., Turn left onto E. 1st Ave., Turn right onto Patricia Street, the complex is located at the end of Patricia.
