| Amenities | This fully furnished, air-conditioned, 2-story home features a great room with vaulted ceiling, a master bedroom, and large wrap around deck overlooking woods. On the 1st floor of this home is the kitchen, living room/dinning area, master bedroom (queen-size bed) and bath, and a bedroom that contains two infant cribs. On the 2nd floor, are two bedrooms; one with a queen-size bed and the other has two-twin beds, and a bath. The basement has 2-new sets of bunk beds and a full size futon. The outside wrap around deck is very large and will provided great outdoor dinning and enjoyment. This home also features a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, hardwood floors, TVs, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas grill, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, and much more. This home is idea for families with young children including highchairs, toddler booster char, twin bed with safety rail, toys, etc. No smoking or pets are allowed in this home. | |||
| Additional Comments | Maximum Occupancy is 10 persons. Minimum stay during the summer is two-nights. Pets are not allowed. There is an additional Abbey Springs charge of $6.00 per person, per day for any occupant over the age of 4 to use the resort indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, private beach, Yacht Club restaurant, Club house and other resort amenities. There is also boat launch in and out service available for an additional charge. Prospective guests are required to provide credit card and credit check information.
