| Amenities | This small but well furnished condominium includes a bunk bed in the bedroom, where the bottom bed pulls out to a full-size bed. In addition, there is a day bed (two twin size beds) and queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. This home also features a large deck looking over a pond and the golf course, a gas fireplace, 35" Sony TV, VCR, DVD, dishwasher, air-conditioning unit, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, gas grill, and much more. No Smoking or pets are allowed in this home. | |||
| Additional Comments | Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons. The minimum stay is two nights. Guest(s) may also rent a golf cart for an additional charge of $50.00 per week. You must be 18 years of age and possess a valid drivers license to drive a golf cart on Abbey Springs. There is an additional Abbey Springs charge of $6.00 per person, per day for any occupant over the age of 4 who stays at Abbey Springs. Prospective guests are required to provide credit card and credit check information.
