	Amenities	1 King size bed, 2 twin beds, 2 full size sofa sleepers, living room & dinning room, central air conditioning, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, VCR, DVD, gas fireplace, association pool, association recreation room, and much more! This home does not have a washer and dryer or gas grill.
	Additional Comments	Maximum Occupancy is 8 persons. During the prime season the minimum stay is three nights. During the off-season the minimum stay is two nights. Pets are not allowed. 	Rents/Rates	2005 Prime Season (Jun-Aug and Holidays) - $1,800/week 2005 Prime Season Nightly rate (three night minimum) - $350/night Note: For any rentals of three nights or less, guest is responsible for paying for cleaning charge. Off-Season (Jan-May, Sep-Dec) - Negotiable Off-Season nightly rate (two night minimum) - $150.00/night Security Deposit - $500.00 (fully refundable)
