	Amenities	1 King size bed, 2 twin beds, sleeper sofa, living room & dinning room, central air conditioning, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, cable TV, VCR, patio table, gas grill, gas fireplace, association pool, association recreation room, and much more! This home does not have a washer and dryer.
	Additional Comments	Maximum Occupancy is 6-8 persons. During the prime season the minimum stay is three nights. During the off-season the minimum stay is two nights. Pets are not allowed. 	Rents/Rates	2005 Prime Season (Jun-Aug and Holidays) - $1,500/week 2005 Prime Season Nightly rate (three night minimum) - $300/night Note: For any rentals of three nights or less, guest is responsible for paying for cleaning charge. Off-Season (Jan-May, Sep-Dec) - Negotiable Off-Season nightly rate (two night minimum) - $150.00/night Security Deposit - $300.00 (fully refundable)
