Additionally, this great vacation home has a TV, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker and dishes/utensils.

Additional Comments

Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons. A one month minimum is required. Pets are allowed with an additional deposit of $500.00 per pet and an extra $35.00 per month of rent. Off-season (February-May) - $995 per month
