	Amenities	This air conditioned town home features a second floor loft, deck and spacious living, den, and dining room areas with a vaulted ceiling and pond view. The kitchen features all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a full size futon and the third bedroom has two single beds. A pull-out sofa completes the sleeping accommodations in this town home. A golf cart is available for your use with an additional monthly fee and security deposit. The golf cart security deposit is fully refundable. Other features in this great home are a washer and dryer, TV, VCR, DVD player, gas and charcoal grill, wood-burning fireplace and much more!
	Additional Comments	Maximum Occupancy is 8 persons. The minimum stay is three days. Pets and smoking are not allowed in this town home. 	Rate/Deposit	There is a three day minimum rental for this home. The daily rental rate is $350/day. The weekly rental rate during prime season is $1,800/week. This home is available during the prime and off-seasons. Security Deposit - $500.00 (fully refundable)
