	Amenities	A spacious master bedroom awaits you -- featuring a king size bed and adjoining bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Step into the cozy, custom furnished living room with a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, and home entertainment unit. Your dining area seats 6 and the airy and bright kitchen seats 4. Your fully furnished kitchen includes a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A washer and dryer and gas grill complete this home. Your vacation home has an outside patio, bordered by flower boxes, and comfortable patio furniture where you can enjoy your beautiful view of the association pool, perfect for taking a swim, sun bathing, or reading your favorite book during the summer.
	Additional Comments	This home rents by the week during the summer. Please call to see if this home is available for your vacation dates. Maximum Occupancy is 6 adults. The minimum stay is one week. A security deposit of $500.00 is required. Prospective guests are required to provide credit card and credit check information. 	Rents/Rates	Prime Season (Jun-Aug and Holidays) - $2,100/week Note: For any rentals of three nights or less, guest is responsible for paying for cleaning charge. Off-Season (Jan-May, Sep-Dec) - Negotiable Security Deposit - $500.00 (fully refundable)
