| Amenities | This beautiful two-level condominium features a first floor master bedroom (king-size bed) with walk out to the screened porch and TV with DVD, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a full-size with twin on top bunk beds and TV with X Box game system. In addition, there is a full-size sleeper sofa in the downstairs den. Upstairs is a wonderful open area containing the kitchen, dining room, and large family room with cathedral ceilings and a wraparound screen porch or deck with patio furniture. Features include a gas fireplace, breakfast bar, dining room table with seating for 8, central air-conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, charcoal grill, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, and much more. No Pets or Smoking allowed. | |||
| Additional Comments | Maximum Occupancy is 10 persons. The minimum stay is three nights during the prime season and two nights during the off-season. There is an additional Abbey Springs charge of $6.00 per person, per day for any occupant over the age of 4 who stays at Abbey Springs. You will be required to pay this fee prior to your stay. Prospective guests are required to provide credit card and credit check information.
