	Amenities	A spacious master bedroom awaits you -- featuring a king size bed, adjoining bath, TV, VCR and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. Step into the cozy, custom furnished living room with a queen sleeper sofa, TV with cable channels, VCR, DVD, and stereo. Your dining area seats 6 and the airy and bright kitchen seats 4 with a walkout to a private deck. Your fully furnished kitchen includes a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. A washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and a gas grill complete this home. Your vacation home has a covered outside patio with comfortable patio furniture where you can enjoy relaxing and and looking at the pool while reading your favorite book or getting your group together for a barbeque.
	Additional Comments	This home rents by the week or nightly with a minimum of three nights during the summer. Please call to see if this home is available for your vacation dates. Maximum Occupancy is 6 adults. The minimum stay is three nights. A security deposit of $500.00 is required. Prospective guests are required to provide credit card and credit check information. 	Rents/Rates	Prime Season (Jun-Aug and Holidays) - $1,750/week or $275/night or $6,000/month Note: For any rentals of three nights or less, guest is responsible for paying for cleaning charge. Off-Season (Jan-May, Sep-Dec) - $1,500/week or $250/night or $5,000/month Security Deposit - $500.00 (fully refundable)
