Rates/Deposits

This home is available during the prime and off-seasons.

Prime Season (May 15-November 15 and holidays) -
$220/night midweek or $250/night weekend

Off-season (November 16-May 14) - $195/night midweek or $230/night weekend

A deposit of the final night's cost is requested at least one week before reservation date. The balance is required at check-in. Rates are subject to 5% city room tax and 5.5% state sales tax.

Directions

The Black Forest Cottage is located behind Maria's Bed and Breakfast, the second building on the west side of Wells Street (Country Road H) just past Campbell Street.
