| Amenities | This beautiful two-level condominium features a first floor master bedroom (king-size bed) with attached full master bath, the second bedroom contains two full-size beds and has a walkout to the patio. In addition, there is a downstairs den, second full bath, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Upstairs is a wonderful open area containing the kitchen, dining room, and large family room with cathedral ceilings and a wraparound deck. Features include a wood burning fireplace, dining room table with seating for 6, central air-conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, gas and charcoal grill, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, cable TV, DVD, and much more. A golf cart is also available for an additional rent amount. No Pets allowed. | |||
| Additional Comments | Maximum Occupancy is 6 persons. The minimum stay is one week. There is an additional Abbey Springs charge of $6.00 per person, per day for any occupant over the age of 4 who stays at Abbey Springs. You will be required to pay this fee prior to your stay.
