| Amenities | This beautiful two-level condominium features a first floor master bedroom (queen-size bed) with walkout to the patio, the second bedroom contains two twin-size beds, a walk-in closet, and a walkout to the patio. In addition, there is a downstairs den with TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Upstairs is a wonderful open area containing the kitchen, dining room, and large family room with cathedral ceilings, a half bath, extended screen porch, and a wraparound deck. Features include a wood burning fireplace, dining room table with seating for 6, central air-conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, gas grill, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, cable TV, DVD, VCR, and much more. Pets are allowed with an additional security deposit. | |||
| Additional Comments | Maximum Occupancy is 4 persons. The minimum stay is one week. There is an additional Abbey Springs charge of $6.00 per person, per day for any occupant over the age of 4 who stays at Abbey Springs. You will be required to pay this fee prior to your stay.
