The master suite bedroom comes complete with his and her closets, a full bath, and walkout to the golf course. Additionally, there is a 2nd bedroom and another full-bath. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and built-in microwave. Additional amenities include a stacked washer/dryer, additional closet space, ceiling fans throughout, and assigned parking.
	Additional Comments	A minimum lease term of one year is required. A pet is allowed with an additional security deposit of $100.00 plus $20.00 more in rent per month.
