In addition, the newly remodeled downstairs features a family room with TV, VCR, fourth bedroom, three-quarter bath and a utility room with washer and dryer. Features include a wood burning fireplace, dining room table with seating for 10, central air-conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, gas grill, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, cable TV, VCR, and much more. | |||
| Additional Comments | Maximum Occupancy is 7 persons. The minimum stay is one week. There is an additional Abbey Springs charge of $6.00 per person, per day for any occupant over the age of 4 who stays at Abbey Springs. You will be required to pay this fee prior to your stay.
