Amenities

This upper level condominium features a master bedroom with king size bed along with two sleeper sofas, both queen size. The fully equiped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, stove refrigerator. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building. A gas fireplace and balcony complete this wonerful home.

Additional Comments

A minimum six month lease is required for this property. After the first year, the tenant would have the option to continue on a month-to-month basis. Pets are not permitted in this home. Prospective residents are required to provide income, employment and past rental history. A credit check is conducted on every applicant. Each prospective tenant is charged a $20.00, per adult, credit check fee.
