The master suite bedroom comes complete with his and her closets, a full bath with double sinks, and a seperate bathtub and shower stall. Additionally, there is a 2nd bedroom and another full-bath. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Additional amenities include a stacked washer/dryer, additional closet space, ceiling fans throughout, and an attached one-car garage. The master bedroom features a full size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, there is a dining table that seats four along with three additional breakfast bar stools. The town home also has two TVs with built in VCR and DVD.
	Additional Comments	A minimum lease term of one year is required. Pets are not allowed in this home.
