Home features include a fireplace, wrap-around deck, grill, master bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, 3rd bedroom with queen size bed and 1/2 bath, and 4th room has a TV and full-size sleeper sofa. This wonderful home also has a single car garage, TVs, VCR, dishwasher, washer and dryer, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, and much more. No Smoking. | |||
| Additional Comments | Maximum Occupancy is 8-10 persons. Minimum stay during the summer is one week. Pets are not allowed. There is an additional Abbey Springs charge of $6.00 per person, per day for any occupant over the age of 4 to use the resort indoor/outdoor pools, fitness center, private beach, Yacht Club restaurant, Club house and other resort amenities. There is also boat launch in and out service available for an additional charge. Prospective guests are required to provide credit card and credit check information.
