	Amenities	A spacious master bedroom awaits you -- featuring a king size bed and adjoining bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Step into the cozy, custom furnished living room with two sleeper sofas (king and queen size), gas fireplace, TV and VCR. Your dining area seats 6 and the airy and bright kitchen seats 4. Your fully furnished kitchen includes a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Your new home has an outside balcony, bordered by flower boxes, and comfortable patio furniture for your enjoyment. During the summer take a swim, sun bath, or read your favorite book at pool side at the nearby association pool.
	Additional Comments	This home rents by the week during the summer or all year around (12-month lease). Please call to see if this home is currently available. Maximum Occupancy is 6 adults. The minimum stay is one week. A security deposit of $300.00 is required. Prospective guests are required to provide credit card and credit check information. Prospective residents, who would like to rent this home for 12months, are required to provide income, employment and past rental history. A credit check is conducted on every applicant. Each prospective tenant is charged a $20.00, per adult, credit check fee. I am sorry, no pets are allowed.
	Rents/Rates	Rent/Rate: 2006 Weekly rental rate is $1800.00 You can rent this lovely home for the winter months for only $1,000.00 per month or year-around (12-month lease) for only $1,200.00 per month plus utilities (A security deposit of $1,200.00 is also required).
