Residency Qualification Guidelines

You must be at lease 18 years of age to submit a rental application with our company. An application must be submitted for each applicant 18 years of age or older. All persons who will be signing the lease as a "Resident" must qualify.

Occupancy Limits

1 Bedroom - 2 Occupants

2 Bedrooms - 4 Occupants

3 Bedrooms - 5 Occupants

Employment

Salary/Income

Residence/Rental History

bullet.jpg (634 bytes)     Residence history must be verifiable by:

                  bullet.jpg (634 bytes)  Mortgage history reflected on credit report

Credit - Positive credit lines are required. Accounts placed for collection, reported as a loss or as a charge off within the past three years will constitute negative credit.

Denied Applications

If any of the following apply, the application will be denied.

bullet.jpg (634 bytes)     Negative past or present landlord reference
bullet.jpg (634 bytes)     Falsification of application
bullet.jpg (634 bytes)     Pending bankruptcy

Co-signers are not allowed for unacceptable credit
