It would be made out to the "Landlord" who is identified in your lease.
When do I have to pay my rent by?
All rent is due on the first of
the month with a grace period to the third. Rent paid on the fourth of the month or later
is additionally charged a late fee per your lease agreement. Please reference your lease for additional information.. If a check is returned for non-sufficient funds, an
additional charge of $30.00 is required.
Can I pay my rent in person?
Yes, at our office at 910 Wells Street, Lake Geneva.
If their is an emergency, who do I call?
If their is an emergency M-F 8-5 pm then call our office at (262) 249-1922. Otherwise call our emergency pager number at (262)944-0345. If this is a fire, security or other government related matter call 911.
I need a item repaired in my unit, can I email the problem to the office?
