Lakes Property Management manages condominium, homeowner and master associations across southeastern Wisconsin.
The communities below are grouped by area. A board evaluating a management company usually wants to know two things first: who else we answer to nearby, and how far our crews travel to get there.
What we manage
Condominium associations
Shared structures and shared budgets. Reserve planning, assessment billing, common-element maintenance, and the capital projects that arrive with an aging building envelope.
Homeowner associations
Single-family and townhome communities. Covenant enforcement, architectural review, vendor coordination, and the seasonal work that keeps common areas presentable.
Master associations
Several sub-associations under one umbrella. Shared-cost allocation, cross-board communication, and one point of accountability for the amenities everyone pays into.
